Video Encoding, Audio, & Muxing

Encode to modern compression-efficient codecs through use of my preferred CLI and GUI tools. Naturally, you will encode both video and audio, as they are in a container together. So we will look at audio formats. Additionally, how to edit metadata, preserve HDR and mux/remux workflows. For example, you may want to create a high-quality, efficiently compressed AV1 video with E-AC-3 5.1 channel surround audio, and tidy metadata that states: Track languages, the encoding CLI command/parameters used, and a video title. This guide is intended to inform you enough to get you started and give you additional tips; it is not an entire wiki of every CLI parameter and aspect.
